Meditation For the Extraordinary Magic of Childbirth

This prenatal meditation is especially designed to help you prepare and relax for the birth experience. The more you listen, the more relaxed your birth experience can be.

Listen weeks 1 to 38 of your pregnancy and in the early and active phases of labor (as long as its comforting to mom). This will help your body create an “anchor” to the meditation, which is the habit of relaxation when it hears the meditation. When listened to in labor, the mind will have formed the learned habit of a relaxed state of mind that can help you while in labor, especially in the early to active phase of labor (when your cervix dilates 1 to 6 centimeters.

The meditation on the left is designed for you to wake up after the meditation (if you like) while the second one will guide you into a deep and relaxed sleep.
